IV-107 Reframe Structured Liquidity around Scientific Clarity - #7

What changed

• reframed the design language as Structured framing. Liquid motion. Scientific clarity.
• redesigned the specimen around a light-first, flatter, Swiss-modern grid and typographic hierarchy
• retained neutral dark mode, selective neobrutalist framing, and liquid glass for state and motion
• synchronized hero, pillars, cube labels, agent guidance, repository memory, llms.txt, tokens, CSS, and generated registry artifacts
• folded the former standalone Semantic Clarity gate into Scientific Clarity
• preserved Swiss modernism and the International Typographic Style as the informing tradition

Why

IV-107 establishes clear responsibility for each pillar:

1. Structured Framing — how information is organized
2. Liquid Motion — how the system behaves
3. Scientific Clarity — how meaning is communicated

Delivery

This PR targets staging. Production deployment is explicitly out of scope and remains a separate approval gate.
